Oficjalnie kielecki DEKRET powstał w 1981 roku. Miejska legenda głosi, że 13 XII 1981 zespół z piwnicy na Czarnowie wyciągnął Jaruzelski, wraz z ogłoszeniem stanu wojennego. Przez grupę przewinęło sie kilku wokalistów. W 86 roku na mikrofon wskazuje Piotrek "Broda" i niejako od tego momentu zaczyna się kariera zespołu. DEKRET często grywa nie pod swoją nazwą (tylko jako KAPELA CZYSTYCH SERC) lub w miejscach, gdzie nikogo to zbytnio nie interesuje, jak np. kino w Chęcinach, w 1988 odbywa się koncert w hali na Żytniej „Rock dla Armenii”, gdzie gra oprócz DEKRETu także THE CORPSE, pionierzy polskiego hard core'a.

Akademia Pana Kleksa: soundtrack - piosenki z filmu
Kilka miesięcy przed premierą filmu Akademia Pana Kleksa do sieci trafiła nowa odsłona piosenki Jestem Twoją Bajką. Nową wersję słynnego utworu w wykonaniu Zdzisławy Sośnickej zaśpiewała sanah. Niedługo potem internauci przekonali się, że nie jest to jedyna piosenka, która na potrzeby nowej ekranizacji doczekała się nowoczesnej wersji. Na soundtracku pojawił się również utwór pod tytułem Całkiem Nowa Bajka.
