Anna Panas to jedna z najciekawszych polskich wokalistek swingowych - podczas koncertu w Studiu M im. SBB Radia Opole, wykonała standardy jazzowe do tekstów Wojciecha Młynarskiego i Jerzego Falkiewicza oraz utwory kompozytorów: Włodzimierza Nahornego i Romana Orłowa. „Od Młynarskiego do Falkiewicza, czyli swing po polsku” to pierwszy po latach przerwy koncert artystki w Radiu Opole.
Artystka zadebiutowała na IV Krajowym Festiwalu Piosenki Polskiej w Opolu wraz z siostrą Ewą jako zespół pod nazwą Siostry Panas. Duet nagrał wiele piosenek z Orkiestrą Rozgłośni Polskiego Radia w Opolu pod dyrekcją Edwarda Spyrki. Jako solistka rozpoczęła współpracę z Orkiestrą PRiTV Jerzego Miliana w Katowicach. I love the Jesus and Mary Chain's 'Darklands'. There is so much life and energy on those songs despite their dark nature. Although they are often about death, they are also full of life and hope.

'Stoned & Dethroned' is possibly the most simple and seemingly the most obvious album that the Reid Brothers recorded. The truth, however. is that the more you listen to it and penetrate into it the more deep you will find it. Out of all their albums, it seems to be the one that has been thought through the most.

For his second post-Garfunkel effort, Paul Simon found a nice sonic balance with There Goes Rhymin’ Simon. This album is bookmarked by two of his top pop hits with a sandwich of soft-rock songs in between, covering such diverse styles as R&B, gospel, reggae, folk, and jazz. The album was both a commercial and critical success and firmly established Simon as a top-notch solo artist. After the deep, introspective, and often depressing tone of Simon’s 1972 debut album, this sophomore effort takes a decidedly positive approach with optimistic songs about faith, romance, family, and commitment, making it both enjoyable and uplifting.

For this album, the native New Yorker went south. The concert was Produced and directed by Mike Mansfield (also known for New Order at The Academy) with the video running at 57 minutes long (with the omission of a few songs such as the Rolling Stones’ ‘Gimme Shelter’). Warner Music passed on the release of the VHS due to budgetary concerns, so the film was released via Polygram instead.

Andrew Eldritch apparently was performing with a few cracked ribs, but whether his voice is pained from the injury is kind of hard to tell here. Regardless, this is one of the greatest Gothic Rock concerts of all time.
