Cóż to się stało, że wracamy do pierwszego albumu Magic Pie? Powód jest oczywisty. Dosłownie tydzień temu zyskał ten krążek drugie życie. Zresztą nie tylko on. Wytwórnia Karisma Records postanowiła wznowić trzy pierwsze płyty Norwegów - Motions Of Desire (2005), Circus Of Life (2007) i The Suffering Joy (2011) – i to nie tylko na CD ale i na winylach. O świetnym, ostatnim albumie King For A Day już pisaliśmy, podobnie jak i o drugiej płycie zespołu Kima Stenberga. Uzupełnijmy zatem naszą recenzyjną bazę o ten debiutancki album i skrobnijmy o nim chociaż kilka słów.

Tym bardziej, że panowie rozpoczęli od wysokiego „C”. Bo ozdobiony okładką z dorodnym zielonym jabłkiem Motions Of Desire przyniósł wszystko to, co zespół później skrzętnie rozwijał na kolejnych krążkach. O tym, że każda płyta Motörhead jest zajebista to każdy wie i chyba nikomu tego tłumaczyć nie trzeba. „Hammered” nie jest tu żadnym wyjątkiem, choć jest parę kwestii, dla których lubię ją szczególnie.
