Oi Polloi to zespoł punkowy, który powstał w 1981 roku w Edynburgu (Szkocja). W 1985 ukazuje się pierwszy materiał – kaseta demo wydana przez zespół – "Destroi the System". Od początku istnienia w zespole grało około 50 muzyków. Z założycieli pozostał tylko Deek - wokalista. Muzyka zespołu ewoluowała od oi do zaangażowanego anarchopunka. Teksty piosenek dotyczą m.in. ochrony środowiska, wyzwolenia zwierząt, wegetarianizmu, zwalczania faszyzmu, brutalności policji. Poza graniem muzyki angażują się w akcje anarchistyczne, ekologiczne oraz ruchu antyfaszystowskiego. Kilkakrotnie odwiedzali Polskę, co zaowocowało dość dobrą znajomością języka polskiego przez Deeka. Ich motto to "No compromise in defense of our earth". Fight Back! został wydany jako reeedycja wcześniejszych nagrań ze splitów z Betrayed oraz AOA przez Compary Records w 1995 roku. Na płycie znajdują się tylko utwory Oi Polloi.

Bloodless to trzeci, najnowszy album studyjny amerykańskiej piosenkarki, autorki tekstów i muzyczki Samii. Został wydany 25 kwietnia 2025 roku przez wytwórnię Grand Jury Music w formatach winylowym, CD i cyfrowym. Zawiera pięć singli wydanych między styczniem a marcem 2025 roku, zatytułowanych: Bovine Excision, Lizard, Hole in a Frame, Pants oraz Carousel. Współprodukowany przez Caleba Wrighta i Jake’a Luppena, Bloodless składa się z trzynastu utworów o łącznym czasie trwania około czterdziestu minut. Samia wydała pierwszy singiel, Bovine Excision, 14 stycznia 2025 roku, wraz z teledyskiem. 18 lutego 2025 roku ukazał się drugi singiel z albumu - Lizard. Trzeci i czwarty singiel, Hole in a Frame oraz Pants, zostały wydane jednocześnie 25 marca 2025 roku. Ostatnim singlem z albumu był Carousel, który ukazał się 22 kwietnia 2025 roku wraz z teledyskiem wyreżyserowanym przez Sarah Ritter - autorkę również wcześniejszych klipów.
