Kardashev are a progressive death metal band out of the blazing desert land of Tempe, Arizona. Their sophomore full length, Liminal Rite (Metal Blade), is an epic journey overflowing with atmosphere, beauty and bone crunching, head rattling metal. One moment you find yourself in a tranquil trance, the next your ears are pulverized with viciously biting brutality.

The album begins its journey quietly with the instrumental opener, ‘The Approaching of Atonement’, after which Kardashev offer up the beautiful melodic ‘Silvered Shadows’. The vocals start off clean and have an almost dreamy feel that blends in well to the rest of the track. Don’t worry; there are plenty of traditional death metal growls included that helps balance the perfect blend of rage and atmosphere.

Continuing with more complex and mood setting music, ‘Lavender Calligraphy’, is a lighter song with plenty of peaceful and tranquil moments, with a few blasting

Szwedzki zespół z Andersem Jakobsonem z NASUM istniał w pierwszej połowie lat '90-tych i miał na swoim koncie demo, siedmiocalową EPkę, pełnowymiarowy album, mini-album oraz kasetę promo. Muzyka NECRONY to napędzany goregrind'em death metal, dzieki któremu zespół uzyskał status kultowego. Album "Pathological Performances" nagrano z legendarnym producentem Danem Swano w słynnym Unisound Studio w styczniu 1993 roku, a następnie w lipcu tego samego roku krążek ujrzał światło dziennie dzieki niemieckiej wytwórni Poserslaughter Records. Po blisko 30 latach album doczekał się reedycji. Materiał został zremasterowany również przez Dan'a Swano.

'Emisja' muzycznie stanowi rozwinięcie formuły, zapoczątkowanej przez zespół na ich poprzednim albumie ("Kopalino"). Tym razem muzycy Popsysze poszli jeszcze dalej, pozwalając sobie na eksperyment przy użyciu elektroniki w większym niż dotychczas stopniu, poszerzyli także swoje instrumentarium o liczne perkusjonalia, wzbogacając w ten sposób dotychczasowe brzmienie. Całość została nagrana na tzw. setkę, dobrze oddając ducha i emocje towarzyszące tej muzyce. Podczas sesji, w jednym z utworów pojawił się gościnnie Piotr Czerski (Towary Zastępcze, Morze). Rejestracji dokonano w studiu MASSKA, należącego do Grzegorza Skawińskiego. Realizatorem nagrań był Michał Mielnik, natomiast miksem i masteringiem zajął się Michał Kupicz. Początki Accept sięgają końca lat 60 - tych, a dokładnie 1968 roku kiedy młody fan The Beatles i Rolling Stones, Udo Dirkschneider wraz z kolegą Michaelem Wagenerem (który później się stał się znanym producentem wykonawców heavy power metalowych) powołali do życia zespół Band X. Do 1976 roku było wiele przetasowań, niepewnych posunięć muzycznych, niepewnych swych wartości.
Dopiero w 1976 roku zespół został zauważony, kiedy został zaproszony na jeden z pierwszych festiwali w Niemczech " Rock am Rhein". Po tym koncercie, nabrali rozpędu i zabrali się za tworzenie materiału na debiutancki longplay " Accept", który światło dzienne ujrzał w 1979 roku.

Ówczesny skład tworzyli: kompozytor i lider: Udo Dirkschneider, gitarzyści Wolf Hoffmann, Gerhard Wahl, basista Peter Baltes oraz perkusista Frank Friedrich.

Three Fish is a musical collaboration between Jeff Ament of Pearl Jam, Robbi Robb of Tribe After Tribe, and Richard Stuverud of the Fastbacks. The album's recording sessions took place from February 1997 to September 1997 at Horseback Court in Blue Mountain, Montana, which is Ament's home studio. The band worked with producer Brett Eliason, who had previously worked with Ament as Pearl Jam's sound engineer. The album was mixed by Eliason. The album's cover art was photographed by Seattle graphic design firm Ames Bros. The album's songs continued the theme of the band's debut album, Three Fish, of combining rock music with mystical-style Eastern music. Stephen Thomas Erlewine of Allmusic said that "while it can seem a little turgid at times, it's an ambitious project that often pays off in intriguing songs and evocative sonic textures."
