Bałkańska scena death metalowa nie jest zapewne zbyt znana, ale doświadczenie mówi, że czarne perły można odnaleźć w różnych częściach świata. The Hell jest tego doskonałym przykładem. Pochodząca z Belgradu kapela wypuściła w 2015 swój debiutancki krążek Welcome to…, który z pewnością spodoba się fanom klasycznego deathu, komponowanego jednak z otwartą głową, bo nie ma tutaj żadnej retro stylizacji. Album to urozmaicona, a jednocześnie zwarta propozycja, zespolona tekstową ideą – The Hell piętnują w swoich lirykach bolączki współczesnego świata, stawiając ludzką pazerność, głupotą, nienawiść w centrum rządzącego naszą rzeczywistością zła. Szkoda, że kilku muzyków z oryginalnego składu nie doczekało wydania tego niezwykle istotnego dokumentu świadczącego o wizjonerskiej kondycji młodego pokolenia polskich jazzmanów przed trzydziestu laty, gdy w kraju żyło się podle i bez wizji. Ci, wtedy najczęściej dwudziestolatkowie, mieli głowy pełne konstruktywnych pomysłów, z których potrafili uformować nowe brzmienia, zaskakujące harmonie, splatać rytmy, tchnąć świeżego ducha w jazz, a gdy trzeba odlecieć w nieznane nie tracąc kontaktu z resztą formacji. Wprawdzie Free Cooperation wydało kiedyś dwie płyty winylowe (Poljazz), jednak przeszły one bez echa. Niespodziewanie rok temu większość muzyków zebrała się na wspólne muzykowanie.
