To był bardzo ciężki okres dla członków Helloween. Data premiery płyty przesuwana była kilka razy. Zespół był ciągany po sądach. A wszystko to przez konflikt między Noise Records a EMI. Właściciele Noise twierdzili, że kontrakt, jaki zespół podpisał z wytwórnią, cały czas obowiązuje, a co za tym idzie koncern EMI nie mam prawa wydać nowego materiału. Koniec końców płytę wydał EMI i uważam, iż dobrze się stało, że Helloween wreszcie wyrwał się ze szpon Noise. Ta wytwórnia ponoć zniszczyła niejeden zespół... chociaż Gamma Ray i Virgin Steele nie narzekają. Dodatkowo po trasie koncertowej zespół opuścił jeden z założycieli, fenomenalny Kai Hansen. Na jego miejsce przyszedł znany (a może i nieznany) z grupy Rampage, długowłosy Roland Grapow. Jedno stało się oczywiste: zmiany musiały nastąpić!

I nastąpiły... pytanie tylko, czy dobre? Ja mimo wszystko uważam, że bardzo dobrze się stało, iż Helloween zmienili swój styl. Owszem, mogl

W międzyczasie ukazały się dwa single grupy – Golden Prayers i Angel – które ostatecznie trafiły na Pitfalls, ale wyłącznie jako bonus tracki. Pierwszy z nich spokojnie mógłby znaleźć się The Congregation (2013); drugi zaś okazał się coverem Massive Attack, zgrabnie lawirującym między triphopowym oryginałem, a gitarowymi odjazdami Norwegów. Nikt więc nie spodziewał się większych zmian, co najwyżej kontynuacji sprawdzonych już konceptów. Nic bardziej mylnego. Tegoroczny krążek zarejestrował – tu bez zmian – David Castillo ze studia Fascination Street, ale samą obróbką materiału zajęli się Robin Schmidt oraz Adam Noble – producenci współpracujący m.in. z Placebo, Twin Wild oraz Nothing But Thieves. Palestrina was born in the town of Palestrina, near Rome, then part of the Papal States. Documents suggest that he first visited Rome in 1537, when he is listed as a chorister at the Santa Maria Maggiore basilica. He studied with Robin Mallapert and Firmin Lebel. He spent most of his career in the city.

Palestrina came of age as a musician under the influence of the northern European style of polyphony, which owed its dominance in Italy primarily to two influential Netherlandish composers, Guillaume Dufay and Josquin des Prez, who had spent significant portions of their careers there. Italy itself had yet to produce anyone of comparable fame or skill in polyphony.
