Paul Robert Laine to kanadyjski muzyk. Karierę zawodową rozpoczął jako artysta solowy, następnie przez jedenaście lat był wokalistą Danger Danger z Nowego Jorku, a następnie prowadził własny zespół Shugaazer. Laine ma teraz kapelę o nazwie „Darkhorse”, którego album Let It Ride został wydany 29 kwietnia 2014 roku. Współpracował również ze swoimi byłymi kolegami z grupy Danger Danger, Bruno Ravelem i Robem Marcello, tworząc „The Defiants”, którzy wydali swój debiutancki album 15 kwietnia 2016 r.

Dwa lata temu doborowa grupa producentów zrealizowała pomysł na zebranie do kupy kilku "głosów" mocno zasłużonych w światku melodyjnego rocka i tak zrodził się projekt Voices Of Rock MMVII. Skupieni wokół Chrisa Laussmanna (Bonfire, Jaded Heart) i Michaela Vossa (Mad Max, Michael Schenker) wokaliści sprawdzili się nadzwyczaj dobrze, a płyta przyniosła pomysłodawcom wiele pochwał, a nawet nagrodę ("SAE alumni" za najlepszą produkcję roku 2007). Trudno by było o lepszą motywację do dalszej pracy i oto mamy nadzwyczaj udany sequel.

Na "jedynce" swoich głosów użyczyły takie sławy jak James Christian, Jean Beauvoir, Terry Brock, Dan Reed, Johnny Gioeli, Harry Hess, Göran Edman, Robin Beck, Steve Overland i Gary Barden. Pewną wadą tamtego skądinąd dobrego wydawnictwa było to, że kilka piosenek się powtarzało, natomiast zmieniały się tylko persony za mikrofonem. Uniknięto tego na szczęście przy okazji II - High & Mighty, tutaj już mamy zestaw odmiennych kompozycji, zahaczaj

WarCry to hiszpański zespół power metalowy prowadzony przez założyciela, wokalistę i autora tekstów Víctora Garcíę. Założony w 2001 roku, kiedy García i perkusista Alberto Ardines zostali wyrzuceni z Avalanch. Zespół wydał dziewięć albumów studyjnych i dwa albumy na żywo. WarCry miał zmienny skład, a García był jedynym stałym członkiem. Zespół został okrzyknięty jednym z najsłynniejszych hiszpańskich zespołów heavy metalowych i zdobył wiele nagród w Hiszpanii i Ameryce Łacińskiej.
