Ledwie rok potrzebował Sirrah, żeby po rewelacyjnym „Acme” zaskoczyć po raz drugi. „Did Tomorrow Come…” jest płytą inną, bardziej wyrazistą, przebojową i rockową, ale co najważniejsze, co najmniej równie dobrą. No i ta wyśmienita okładka.



Mniej tu czerni i doom metalu, a więcej różnorodności. W dalszym ciągu pozostajemy jednak w kręgu muzyki klimatycznej. Zrezygnowano z damskich wokali, lecz Tom zaskakuje taką ilością barw i odcieni, że ciężko by było powiedzieć, że czegoś tu brakuje. Praktycznie cały czas śpiewa inaczej, co chwilę zmieniając głos. Od szeptów, deklamacji i czystych partii, aż po zachrypnięte growlingi, a w każdej z tych tonacji sprawdza się znakomicie. Tak samo pogmatwana jest muzyka. Tu cały czas coś się dzieje, nie ma nawet kawałka monotonii. Kompozycyjnie to jest mistrzostwo świata. Kolejne motywy przewalają się, tworząc barwne struktury, układające się w wielowątkowe utwory. Kult się skończył. I cześć. Tak mogłaby się zakończyć ta recenzja. No, ale pomyślałem o tym na początku, więc na początku się znalazło. Niestety. Teraz jestem równie ciekawy, co zaniepokojony, jak się ona zakończy.

Ja wiem, że Kult to zgrana paczka kolesi, która od lat tworzy piosenki. Wiem też, że wielu ludzi na Kulcie się wychowywało (w tym między innymi ja), więc nie jest to jakaś tam pierwsza lepsza szmelcpaka. Kult to kawał historii polskiego rocka. Dobrego rocka. Dobrego do czasu... Mam przeczucie, że ten kawał skończył się już jakiś czas temu.

Salon Recreativo to zestaw zwyczajnych kultowych piosenek, dla tych, którym zwyczajne, kultowe piosenki i kazikowe paszczowe "aehehe" i "kabum" (choć tu nie pada) się nie znudziły. A może dla tych, którzy szukają dziury w całym albo dla zblazowanych po imprezce recenzentów? Nie wiem! Właśnie, właściwie to dla kogo jest ta płyta?
